Today’s episode is inspired by one of the best scenes from the TV show Ted Lasso. Ted shares a story about seeing a quote by Walt Whitman, which says, “Be curious, not judgmental.” The quote struck me! It’s an incredible mindset shift, especially when we turn it inward. Curiosity can help us reframe our mindset, challenge assumptions, and ultimately develop a more compassionate and open-minded approach to our challenges.
