Welcome to the new era! I’m Sheila and it’s time Welcome to the new era! I’m Sheila and it’s time for a transition. We are saying goodbye to frameworks, the old ways of doing things, the box we have put ourself into, and leaning into what my soul knows I was put here to do. I have done the studying, the research, earned certifications and now it’s time for my trial and error phase of implementing and doing to happen! This new era is trusting and tuning into a deeper intuition, sharing my voice and opinions on my unique view of the world. Buckle in, even I don’t know in this exact moment what comes next and that’s the mystery we are gonna lean into around here.
The weight of making decisions alone… I know that The weight of making decisions alone… I know that feeling. Solo business owner for 10+ years. Divorced mom of 3. Homeowner with 5 acres. I’ve got the resume for making decisions alone. And sometimes, we don’t need someone else to make the decision for us. We just need a safe place to sort through everything that’s in our head. A place to slow down long enough to hear what our body is actually saying. A place where other women understand the weight of being the one who holds so much. That’s part of what we’ve created inside Profit Shift. Yes, we talk about the numbers. We look at cash flow, pricing, taxes, profitability and the financial decisions in front of you. But we also make space for all the pieces underneath those numbers—the capacity, beliefs, desires, fears and real-life circumstances that impact the decisions you make. Because sometimes clarity doesn’t come from having more information. It comes from having a safe place to sort through what you already know. Profit Shift starts September 8th. Money is a resource. And somewhere along the way, Money is a resource. And somewhere along the way, many of us learned that our job was to manage it, control it, and be “good” at it. But what if our relationship with money is deeper than that? What if money is also an energetic relationship? When we pause long enough to get curious about the beliefs we’ve inherited about money, from our families, our experiences, our culture, the people around us, we get the opportunity to decide which ones are actually ours. And then we get to rebuild. A relationship with money that feels trusting. Nurturing. Safe. Expansive. One where the money flowing in and out of our lives becomes a by-product of a deeper connection with ourselves as the creator of our lives. I think the same thing happens with the opportunities life gives us. We don’t always get to choose what shows up. But we do get to choose the meaning we give it. The more I’ve started approaching life through the lens of: “What if this is happening FOR me?” …the more I find myself in awe of the magic. The conversation that happened at exactly the right time. The door that closed and redirected me somewhere better. The idea I couldn’t shake. The opportunity I never could have planned. The desire that keeps resurfacing. I believe we’re here in this particular timeline for a reason. And maybe there are desires your soul already knows you’re meant to experience, create or pursue… while your ego is busy explaining all the reasons they aren’t practical, responsible or possible. Maybe the work isn’t always figuring out how to create the life you want. Maybe sometimes it’s getting curious about what you already deeply desire… and trusting yourself enough to follow where it leads.
